The main function of the project was to design electrical distribution systems for Florida Power & Light construction crews. These drawings were then sent to the field and built per the designs. Manny’s main focus was to train, improve quality and the production output of these drawings. Manny was a strong Team leader that could work independently, tackling all assignments with minimal supervision. He is a take-charge person who is able to present new ideas to help improve his team and the company as a whole. Manny was a quick learner and was often asked to take on new tasks or assignments.
