Responsibilities: - Handle entire recruitment life cycle. - Communication with stakeholders and hiring managers to design and implement Job Descriptions and Ideal Candidate Profiles. - Usage of job portals to advertise positions. - Candidate sourcing using different social media portals. - Pipeline management using ATS. - Conduct initial interviews for candidates. - Handle and mediate entirety of recruitment process until hiring.
