BaseFit is establised in Upper Hutt and delivers the following: - MCT (Military Circuit Training), - Corporate team building, - Strength and conditioning, - Group training (specific to your needs) All of the above brings you ‘military styled’ fitness but in a fun and relaxed environment enabling you to be pushed and push yourself. MCT is self paced and will benefit anyone of any age, gender or fitness level!
