  Having worked for Bettio Constructions since 2009, I have reported directly to the Director and am grateful for the opportunities provided to me; growing within the organisation to my current position. Working on multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $500K to $5M, my role has been extensive and has largely comprised of, but not limited to, the following:- Responsible for the day to day management and administration of projects.- Provide leadership, support and guidance to the in-house project team.- Coordinate projects of varying size & complexity from inception to completion, ranging from internal shop fit-outs to Hospital extensions to commercial car washes and mid to high end residential.- Bring projects in on time, meeting quality and budgetary expectations. managing project risks, identifying issues, tracking project changes and updating milestones / schedules.- Monitor budgets, cash flows, workflows and resource forecasting.- Develop and foster positive relationships with clients and staff, including written and spoken communication.- Developing client relationships, identifying and developing opportunities for new work.- Ensuring clients are kept updated at regular intervals.- Contract and scope management and cost control/budget management.- Management/ negotiations of all contract and variations.- Document control for site supervisors and trade contractors.- Assisting the team on bids, expressions of interests and tender submissions to ensure new work is secured.
