  Since 2001 I work and train people (architecture stiudents, curious, professionals and local masons teams) in refurbishment of old patrimonials structures as well as the importance and value of the application of traditional construction and materials in this kind of refurbishment. I created and manage two masonry school in the Island of Principe (republic of São Tomé and Principe islands - Gabon's golf) for more than 4 years for a Private company. I trained and prepare two teams to refurbish old colonial structures. My last participation was to refurbish and convert the "Sundy's Colonial owner's house" into a 5 stars Hotel in Principe (Sundy Roça Hotel). Presently: - consulting on Old Building Refurbishment. Building patologies, planning and actions; - training in Environmental practices and presential courses ans elearning; - building managment. Presently, managing Guest houses for Tourism in Apúlia, Portugal.
