He is very quick at grasping concepts that others fail to conceive. Technically, I believe he has shown a good grasp of PL/SQL, Shell scripting, C, and Java along with his expertise in Oracle BRM. He has shown great enthusiasm and positivity in developing codes, supporting delivery, engaging with the test team for any new deliverables and supporting production defect triage.
