I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Manu Agarwal in her very first job. The profile was unique and challenging, wherein decision making and discretion were summoned continuously, which was quite challenging for the most experienced personnel given the plethora of eventualities that existed, and one did not have the benefit of hindsight. Even for a qualified MBA from an elite institute, Risk Management is like Baptism by fire, and Manu relished these challenges and took to her work demands like fish to water, almost making a mockery of the established learning curves and forcing the management to revisit some norms. Her biggest strength has always been this extraordinary ability to unlock the stalemate situations with strokes of brilliance and work towards a solution when most others stick to the norm. Her often overlooked trait is how she has accustomed to various geographical locations across the country at a relatively young age & makes many friends and acquaintances alike

Working with Manu is fantastic. She is very eager and enthusiastic to learn new things. She is always adaptable to work with the new environments. Her energy and strategy for work are brilliant. In two years, I have seen her dedication to know the things and keep asking questions to understand more about the problem area. She will think from a different angle and try to do better than existence. Her Projects were helped the team to know the status of the tasks so that the team can plan their strategy and timings to achieve them. I certainly miss working with her every day.
