Mantas´ technical knowledge is really strong, and he is an expert in using Big Query and SQL Server, writing SQL, statistical modeling, Python, Excel, Tableau, Optimizely and Adobe Analytics. One thing about Mantas that stands out is his ability to stay perfectly calm under pressure. During the time we worked together, the workload and pressure was really high, yet not once did he lose his calm or his clear head. Mantas is great at analyzing problems rationally and finding the most efficient solution. His contribution was tremendous, ranging from producing churn cohort reports to complex models that enabled the CRM strategy (for example estimating the Next Best Action for a subscriber). He´s a truly versatile and flexible analyst, as comfortable producing a model to identify customers at risk as he is transforming that same model into a set of heuristics in SQL that allow the model to be tested quickly in the CRM environment. At DisneyLife, he worked hand in hand with the Finance, Product, Marketing, Retention, Content and Customer Service teams, which gave him a rich view of analytics for all areas. One thing I admired was ability distill large amounts of data into a crisp narrative with a few key recommendations. Reducing complexity was one his key strengths. I learned a lot working with him, and would be glad to work together again in the future!
