We worked together for more than 2 year in soot modelling research, and during this time, he showed his highly specialized skills on solving complex problems and presenting the results for industrial and academic audiences. While he has a self-starter personality and is able to work independently, he has a great devotion to the team and collaboration with his peers and colleagues. I believe he will be a great asset to any organization, and I am confident on his skills and competencies both technical and interpersonal.
