I got to know Mansoor in DDIP 2019 in Barcelona. This congress is organized by his company. I interacted with him twice. First by email, during our discussions to decide the participation of my company. And later, during the two days of the congress itself. In my view Mansoor has the virtue of combining strong organizational and business skills coupled with a charming personality. By the way, if

Dear Mansoor, DDIP is exactly what the Pharma world needed – a level eye conference between Big Pharma, Entrepreneurs, and Academia talking science and technology. It is a unique and important format with its own DNA of openness, scientific excellence and even friendship. DDIP is a hotspot of connections between people ideas and business in the most elegant way. All of it is inspired by you and your team and manifested into the fabric of your conferences. This is the second time I am attending DDIP, this time as a part of a presenting company and as co-chairman of the conference. Regardless of the great honor if being a co-chairman with groundbreaking scholarly caliber scientists and leaders in Pharma, the conference itself is an intellectual experience of the highest order. Dazzling presentations with a wide spectrum of problems and answers are engaging and stimulating. Those presentations are followed by serious and honest discussion either in joint or private sessions. This is a rare and gratifying experience which is second to none. Attending this conference this time with AEBI founders, both accomplished, experienced and well-accredited scientists – they were somewhat skeptical before the conference, but it was so heartwarming when they came to you and stated that this was the best scientific conference they have ever attended. For entrepreneurs similar to us, it is a rare opportunity to showcase our ideas and milestones directly to our peers and to Pharma decision makers directly. For us, this makes all the difference in the world. I am sure that many others who have attended your conferences feel that same way. It is also important for me to note how professional and excellent your team is at every stage either as administrators before and onsite. They make your conferences seem seamless and flowing. Responding quickly and elegantly in the rare occasions that onsite adjustments are needed. Thank you so much for what you have created and done in such an elegant, respectable and efficient way.
