UNICEF Emergency Flood Response Monitoring in Punjab- EYCON (PVT) Ltd Islamabad 1. Monitored all Flood Emergency Response Programmes (Education, Health & Nutrition, Child Protection, WES and WASH) to achieve for effective implementation, evaluation, impact assessment, review, and reporting outcomes of implementing partners (IP’s) work. 2. Ensured that annual, quarterly and monthly work plans are developed that support us in our movement. 3. Established and developed programme response/ intervention mapping for each programme that had been used to plan, monitor, evaluate, maintain and results, outcomes and impact of FERP work in districts of Punjab. 4. Checked all the activities of implementing partners (IPs) of UNICEF which were working on different program in eleven districts of Punjab. 5. Brief on monthly basis to all UNICEF programme partner the achievement of team worked in districts of Punjab as third party. 6. Ensured that monitoring and evaluation was done not only for documenting and sharing achievements and lessons but also by fostering a practice that promotes mother and child participation, non-discrimination, sustainability. 7. Checked all the documentation (receiving & distribution), Health section, Hygiene Education section, observed all the activity in the communities, conducted interviews of beaneries for monitoring and evaluation purpose. 8. Reviewed key learning from Monthly Participatory Programme Review and provide follow-up. Coordinated baselines and thematic studies together with relevant field coordinator and project managers. 9.
