  Job Responsibilities:  Study the MEP design documents and drawings. Revit model of plant room  3D modeling for Basement floor, Attic Floor with maintain access route.  3D modeling and co-ordination of all type of building services, Co-ordination with the other mep models.  Drawings, co-ordinate with (RCP layout, Beam layout, Architectural layout).  Creating families for all types of MEP components like Air Handling Unit (AHU), Supply Fans, Exhaust Fans, Fan Coil Unit (FCU), Screw Chillers - Air Cooled & Water Cooled, Primary & Secondary chilled water pump, Variable air volume, Air Terminals, Cooling Tower, Cold Water Storage Tanks, and Electrical panels as per submittals.  Shop drawing preparation often zero clash .Extracting the Revit MEP 3D model & clash detection between discipline with required tolerance is performed using Navisworks & clash report generation  Preparation of worksets (central file and Local Files) for work Sharing  Preparation of cross sectional views. And Preparation of all Schedules..  Preparation of sheets with annotation tags, sections, detail, organized sheets. And Prints  Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF  Producing 2D & 3D drawings using Revit MEP;  Implement any comments or revision to drawings as required.
