When Mansi joined MohSo Media, I had just restarted my agency after a long pause. Anyone who starts a business knows how much work it is. Mansi made my life so much easier. She helped create structure. To create structure you need to understand organization. Usually, that comes with many years of experience. But for Mansi, it just feels natural. Joining a start up means you need to wear so many hats. I had to give Mansi some work I knew she had no experience in. She is a very fast-learner and very detailed-oriented. She has never had any issues with what work I allocate to her. If she doesn’t know it, she’ll learn it. And if she faces a problem, she finds a solution before telling me about the problem, to then only present the solution she’s found. Mansi is a very creative person. One of her roles at MohSo Media has been as a Content Creator. From the first piece of content she created, I could see the potentials she had. The first piece of content she created was just okay. The third piece was really good. The seventh piece left me in awe. I could not believe that someone could with such a short time improve so much and find new and creative ways to put a message across. Mansi is also great with computers. And no I don’t mean the easy things we all know how to do. I mean the things we all try to avoid doing because its difficult or we just don’t find a way of doing. But she finds a way if she doesn’t know how to. Simply because she is Mansi. As a person, she is always positive with a smile on her face. She is easy to talk to and very likeable. Adding Mansi to your team should be a no-brainer. I mean, just take a look at all the recommendations she has on her LinkedIn profile. It is an honour to have Mansi on my team. And it is a greater honour to recommend Mansi to any feature employer. I wish Mansi only the best, because she deserves only the best!
