  Title: Understanding longevity subnetworks using graph propagation algorithm 1. Developed an enhanced network propagation algorithm that accounts for gene specific biases (BioNetSmooth R package). 2. Discovered tissue specifically altered protein sub-networks using mass spectrometry high-throughput proteomics data from tissues of lowered Insulin Signaling D.melanogaster. 3. Designed a prototype for the identification of inter tissue cross-talk proteins with the transcriptome and proteome datasets from five metabolically active tissues of D.melanogaster. 4. Identified consistently altered subnetworks in C.elegans longevity mutants through integration of multiple transcriptomics data. Show less
