One of the things that impresses me most about Manon is that, after several years at CLUSE, she is still as motivated and driven as on day one. She rightfully takes particular pride in her communication with customers, and she creates a constant feedback loop with myself and the rest of the team regarding customer experience, whether about the service we provide, products we deliver, or the website experience. Thanks to her ability to absorb and quickly process new information, she has naturally become the go-to person in the Customer Care team for questions and problems. Manon, in turn, understands who in the business to turn to for the more complex or delicate situations and she herself will take responsibility for driving the solution to said situation. Manon works best when allowed to work independently, but teamwork is very important to her as well. She values harmony and smooth cooperation, and it's always her intention to facilitate that. She's also one of the first people I go to for help and support with more complex tasks.
