      My main roles and duties were: • Working with the Events team of 6 people who were solely responsible for 300 events a year in the EMEA Region. • These included events such as Incentive Trips for advocates, Leadership Summits and Retreats and Convention which usually has 3,000-8,000 attendees at a large centre in Europe. • Large stakeholder management: I have responsibility of the Dutch, Germanic, Scandanavian, BENELUX and Eastern European markets such as Bulgaria. I work closely with a doTERRA Market Development Manager (MDM) as well as the senior advocates of each region to create, grow and implement the perfect event for maximum impact and engagement. • Day to day, week to week roles included: arranging venues, daily/weekly meetings with the MDM´s, working with the Wellness Advocates and other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Operations and Account mangers as well as other markets like Israel, Russia and the US. • I take the initiative: when Covid 19 struck I taught myself Zoom and became the company trainer to all departments on how to use the platform. I kept Wellness Advocates engaged through many online events which sometimes numbered in the 1,000’s and was applauded for my resilience and going the extra mile. • High utilisation of Excel: I have developed a Merchandise Stock and request Spreadsheet on excel with all existing events merchandise which is now implemented in the company for Staff to request. • Additionally I have developed an invoice Spreadsheet where we track all our invoices, contracts and approvals for finance to process the payments easily. • Trilingual skills: I was constantly using my English, German and Dutch skills as I was working across these countries. • Product Sourcing: On our larger events we had merchandise stores in place.
