  During a 3-month internship continued by a year in coop, I am being part of an innovative startup, Biosency. Biosency is currently developing a connected wristband which collects data and allows pulmonologist to have a global view of their COPD patients' life. Data are going to be used for clinical research among other use. My role is mainly to process signals and valid algorithms for now.

  During this month, I have worked for a R&D engineer in a company which conceive, produce and distribute prosthesis for human poeple (shoulder, hip, knee, foot, rachis). My principal mission was to help my superior create and complete a data base. One of the goals of this data base, is to trace every polluants that can contaminate a piece in each step of its manufacturing even if it is subcontracted. Another aim is to help the biocompatibility department. In fact, when they know a piece reference, they now can easily know the different pollants. I have also seen how a prosthesis is produced and the part of each service in the company.

  During 4 weeks, I have followed an hospital biomedical engineer. I have learned a lot about an hospital organization. I was also able to discover many machines and instruments that help the medical and paramedical staff everyday.My missions were : - Create a data base of all the laboratories' equipment maintenance contracts in order to help the users of this equipment. - Write an official request for a new maintenance contract. During 4 weeks, I have followed an hospital biomedical engineer. I have learned a lot about an hospital organization.
