  Joined Hobin of Preston in May 2004 after leaving Lookers Manchester (Nissan) became a share holder in the group.My initial task and objectives in the business was to implement brand standards and process to meet the audit.In July 2007 we acquired the business in Bury in partnership with the VW Group, this was already an existing SEAT dealership, but with poor performance and a high level of customer dissatisfaction, with the Bury acquisition a new group was created with 4 share holders, which I was one of them, The Hobin Group Ltd.In August 2008, Manchester SEAT was acquired, the original business was FIAT dealership, I was involved in the refurbishment of the premises, organising implementation of IT, telephone and interior design of the business. To meet the brand standards requirement before the manufacturer would certify us as a approved SEAT dealership. I acquired a great amount of knowledge and experience in this task which proved to be one of the best projects that I have ever been assigned with in my career. In October 2009 we were approved the Skoda franchise in Manchester, this meant that we had the first duel SEAT and Skoda franchise in the group.All the after sales department were overseen by myself, I was fortunate to be surrounded by some well experienced staff who worked with me to achieve a high CSS/CSI results, passed all the brand standard audit and also the warranty audits.I have had the opportunity to gain a substantial amount of experience in my field over the 9 years that I had worked for David Hobin, my role as the group after sales manager was demanding and exciting especially working with key stats and KPI's.I am experienced in the following skills:-> MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Word>DMS ADP, Kerridge>IT skills, Photoshop, networking and using apps for marketing>Full understanding of VW warranty processing on SAGA/2 > accredited warranty advisor by VW Group>Industry KPI
