While working together with him in Aress Technologies,, he always came across as a person who is prepared to go the extra mile and will take ownership for issues and projects that come his way. He has a lot of energy and he takes customer issues to heart and will not stop until the issue is cleared. Never the one to shy away from a challenge, he has always stood up and put in the efforts to pacify customers. What stood out most was the quality of work in spite of all the concurrent tasks and responsibilities he took. Manoj would be an extremely valuable asset to any organization.
