Installation of Plumping (Water supply and drainage system)/Under Ground Pipe, HVAC (Chiller piping system and Duct ) Fire alarm system/ Fire fighting and LPG system.• The Site Engineer will ensure the day-to-day activities on site, making sure the progress is being completed according to approved drawings and approved material submitted. This is to be done in coordination with site supervisors.• This position will use planning, monitoring and controlling processes, to ensure completion of projects on time and according to budget by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and communicating project progress.• Review of as built drawings in coordination with contractor and engineering department.• Explain the work methodologies to the work and supervising force to ensure that the work is done as per the requirements.• Reporting to manager regarding daily progress of work and plan for the next working days.• Informing the Manager regarding material status on the site and preparing the requirement for the upcoming period.• Carry out/Supervise all relevant testing before commissioning and handing over.• Developing inspection requests and following up the same with the consultant/contractor.• Preparing the monthly invoices and progress bills and follow up for collection• Managing the work force.• Analyze work non-conformities and provide recommendations and guidance for Ensure all the equipments used in the site are properly maintained and calibrated if required.• Inspect received material in the site and check delivery note and PO and inform Project Manager• Ensure that all reporting personnel follow all company policies and procedures.• Provide support during the development of operations and maintenance manuals.
