• Prepare, Implement, Review & Approve Non Destructive Examination (NDE) Procedures and Written Instructions in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standards. • Witnessing / verifying the welders qualification test and approval by preparing th final JCC for the Welders as per approved WPS.• Planing the complete documentation of the project before the project start.• Receving inspection of the materials with verification of the MTC, Purchase order and dimensions and other required cerificates.• Coating inspection of the pipes and spools and release to the site.• Fit-up inspection and final weld acceptance inspection.• Weekly and monthly welders and welding repair rate report maintance of the project.• Reporting to the QA/QC supervisor about the job and other inspection related activites.• Visual inspection of piping welds and accepting as per project requirements.• Review of documents such as welding inspection reports,Hydro test package prior to endorsement to the client and project management team (PMT) to raise request for inspection(RFI) for final acceptance.• Inspection of Rig and offshore equipments new constructions & old repairs for welding coating and NDT .• Motivate the operators and helpers regarding safety.• Verifying the WPS and submittal to the clients for the final approval of the client.• Estimating the number of weld joints required for the job and making a pre inspection plan for the mechanical team for the receiving and laying of the pipes.• Coordination with the radiography team for the inspection of the welds and interpretaion of the rt films.• Weekly summary of the projects weld and welders.• Review and verification of Welding Procedure Specification submitted by subcontractors & witnessing Procedure Qualification.

NDT Level III

NDT procedure(prepare & review). Monitor all NDT and OCTG dimensional activities. Training wrt ASNT SNT TC 1a, Prepare NDT Technique sheet. Coordinate with client inspection department.• Material receving inspection on site with the required checklist .• Review and maintain the project radiography films according to the project requirements. • Maintain the latest version of all contracts documents, drawings, specifications and International standards.• Calibration and documentation of measuring instruments, gauges, and equipments etc.• OCTG - Witness and verify Inspection of Connections as in API and DS1, thread gauging, Dimensional controls, Visual and all relevant NDT Activities (as worked for Schlumberger and Weatherford group in the Kingdom of Thailand).• Witness of Pre-Shipment Inspection (Packing Inspection) from the workshop and verify the transmittal documents are in line with the Customers requirements.• Conversant with International codes, standards and also SHELL DEP Requirements.

Sr. NDT Inspector

Carrying out all NDT Inspections in accordance to the Client Requirement following the Standard Compliance for various projects involving Structural activities. Releasing after Inspection for further coating and despatch activities, Co-ordinating with client Inspection department and make sure that all NDT activities are confirmed as per specifications and witnesseth in the presence of Clientele, Representatives and TPI - Independent Inspection Agency.

Monitor & witness all Inspection activities like Penetrant Testing, RT offering, Radiography Film interpretation, Preparation of Reports, Supervising etc in all Inspection stages
