  White Beeches Golf & Country Club’s origins date back to 1902 when under its earlier name it was laid out as a nine hole golf course. The course was later expanded to 18 holes and in 1918 the Club was reorganized as it is known today, White Beeches Golf & Country Club. World renowned golf course architect Walter J. Travis was brought in to extensively redesign the 18-hole layout and the reorganization was complete in 1920.White Beeches is located 20 miles from midtown Manhattan in Haworth, Bergen County, NJ. Our 180-acre property houses our 1932 Clubhouse, our recently completed North Building that accommodates our Golf Operations, Terrace Restaurant and Pool Support Space, a 4,000 square foot heated state-of the-art resort Pool and Jacuzzi, golf practice and teaching facilities and our 6,580-yard par 72 golf course. Our facilities have been carefully maintained over the years and in 2008 many of the original design features of the golf course were restored, including a complete bunker reconstruction program and green reclamation and surround improvements. White Beeches considers it’s most defining characteristic is our tradition as a family-based country club and the friendliness of our members. The Club maintains a well deserved reputation as a friendly, welcoming family-orientated club, where lasting friendships are made over the course of many years. New members are quickly made to feel welcome and part of the Club. White Beeches is justly proud of its open and accepting atmosphere and of the camaraderie among all its members, both old and new. Our members are captains of industry, prominent physicians, lawyers, educators, athletes, coaches and politicians.
