I have come to know Manny fairly well. He is a young man who owns a restaurant where the food is excellent and the margaritas are amazing! What I appreciate about Manny also is that he genuinely wants to help the community. I am on the board at a non-profit and Manny wanted to bring several other restaurants in on a fund raiser that would benefit this organization He proposed donating a percentage of the customers dinning receipt. He really wants to serve excellent food and also serve the community he cares about! I highly recommend his restraunt! It is a fun place to eat and to celebrate any special occasion!

I had the pleasure of working with Manny, for seven months, providing entertainment and live music at his wonderful restaurant. Several things impressed me about him. First, Manny understands that it takes time to implement and evaluate new marketing strategies. Second, he keeps his word and follows through on his commitments (very rare these days). Third, Manny, his family and staff deliver an outstanding product. I quickly became their biggest fan and rave about them constantly. Fourth, he truly cares about the product and experience that is delivered to his clientele. These words don’t come lightly from me.
