I think Manny's legal expertise is well documented. Do an Internet search or talk to others in the legal field and you will find enough evidence to show that he is at the top of the game. However, I write this recommendation based on the person that Manny is. On a number of instances, I have asked Manny for information and help, and he has always provided his time without complaint or delay. From the smallest task to the most complex questions, Manny always has been there to help me. He takes ownership of the issue and follows up to make sure that I have been helped. I have been blessed to not have a "darkest hour" legal moment in my life, but if I did, Manny would be the one that I will call.

Manny and I have become acquainted over the years in a variety of business and philanthropic settings. During this time, he has given me invaluable legal advice. His approach is very client centric, and he is thoughtful, responsive and thorough when it comes to his work. As a senior executive it is a critical for me to have someone of Manny's caliber available to me for insight on a range of topics.
