Manjunath Nagavi and I got an opportunity to work together on A Project ( Design & Build) - Modification of SWRO Pretreatment System at Al Zawra Plant, Ajman - Client: FEWA (Federal Electricity & Water Authority, Govt. of Ajman, UAE) for more than 3 yrs duration from 2010 - 2013. It was interesting to work with Manjunath, and he is very well competent, honest, reliable, hardworking to handle and face the onsite HSE challenges to resolve on time, he was very cooperative to work together as a team & support all the other subcontractors. Manjunath was always so enthusiastic to discuss openly various issues with continuous monitoring of their works to achieve our Zero Injury Target! In fact, Manjunath had been a very well team player, and always he manages to encourage positive ideas to bring the best out of their teams.
