  • Full-Cycle IT Recruiting for Corp-2-Corp, 1099, W2 and Contract-To-Hire type employment across the United States. • Utilizing primary souring tools such as job portals, job posting and professional associations (Vendors). • Using all proactive styles of recruitment to find the best-fit candidates for contract, full time permanent positions. • Searching and identifying IT Professionals through various job portals such as DICE, TechFetch, MONSTER, The Ladders and CareerBuilder and through references, networking, and internal database. • Shortlisting the CV of the consultants on technical grounds as per the client requirements. • Conducting initial interviews over the phone to determine the experience and skill level. • Screening candidates based on job description, candidate’s relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills. • To ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the project. • To negotiate the pay rates with the employer and consultants. • To finalize rate/salary from employer or consultant as per the type of requirement. • Email documentation for every communication and rate confirmation. • Format the CVs of the consultants highlighting the skill set. • Submit the CVs to the Team Lead /Accounts Manager. • Schedule candidate’s interview with the client. • Regular follow up with candidate from first contact till the candidate join the project. • Coordinate salary expectations, counter offers, benefits and interview Show less
