  My work involved understanding architectural perturbations in skin of patients suffering from pigmentation disorder Vitiligo. I also got the opportunity to work towards generating transgenic mouse as animal model of the disease using in vivo electroporation of gene into undifferentiated spermatogonia of the testis.
