  Team Size: 16 Role : Implementation, module testing and maintenance of new features for BTS's front end. Technologies Used: Core Java, Java Swings, Design Patterns (Singleton, MVC, Factory, Observer) Tools used: Eclipse IDE, Rational ClearCase, Junit, Clover Platform: Windows Description; The project,"BTS Manager",involves development of Element Manager which is used to commission, configure and monitor the BTS. MVC (Model-View-Controller) pattern is used. IEs (Information Elements) received from the BTS are displayed in various forms to the end user. It is an EMS that provides the FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance and Security) functionalities. Java/Java Swings are used to develop various User Interfaces for Transmission, Commissioning, Tests and Software Download etc on Windows Platform. Clear case is used for Version Control. Visio and later on Jude are used for Design. My role in the project is to do the coding, module testing, sub system integration and maintenance for new features to be incorporated into the product. Responsibilities As a Software Engineer I have done Coding , Unit Testing as well as System Component Testing and maintenance for new features to be incorporated into the product As a Developer Integrator, I was responsible for merging the files from latest baseline to our branch every time a new baseline is created, creating the SACK files, creating a Build and providing the BRF(Build Request Form) to the Configuration Manager of the Project to create a build for the Testing Team.
