  - Join as pioneer and involved from head to tail on startup activity of Plasma DE0005 equipment hook up activities. - Establish the DRIE process at subcontractor side in order to dice post grind 300mm size wafers. - Supervise all activities of project and ensure compliance to all plans and specifications and identify all errors. - Attend to Plasma Dice equipment training at SPTS UK, Wales. - Attend to process training at SPTS Singapore. - Apart of plasma dice, qualify the new process like TAM, and AOI. - Set up Statistic Process Control for each processes for process monitoring. - Write process acceptance specs and supervise acceptance process with tool vendors. - Develop robust processes through extensive use of Design of Experiment, in order to achieve capability indices on processes. - Optimize Recipes in terms of cost and tool capacity and robustness. - Involve in add on chamber activities due to business expansion. - Provide technical guidance to less-experienced field engineering personnel. - Publish manufacturing procedures (SOP) for plasma DE0005 and Maintenance SOP to subcontractor in order to run the wafers and maintain the tool in good condition. - Establish Safety Team and set up proper PPE in the Fab. Arrange proper Gas and Chemical training for safety members.
