  Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, BF#3• Highlighted deviations in drawings to the concerned department; prepared Cable Tray support structures & rectified designed drawings aligned to site conditions using AUTO CAD.• Involved in erection of Cable Tray Support Structures, Cable Tray, Panel’s Base Frame, 11KV Switch Boards & 6.6KV HV MCC, 415V PCC's, 415V MCC's, LT Panels, Distribution Boards, Bus Ducts, Transformer & CRT Transformer.• Focused on earthing of installed electrical equipment, cable support structures including laying, jointing, termination of HT & LT power, control & instrumentation cables.• Installed Conveyor’s Limit Switches (i.e.) Pull Cord Switch, Belt Sway Switch, Zero Speed Switch, Chute Jamming Switch, Coupling Oil Temperature L/S and Brake L/S..• Performed pre-commissioning checks & charging of 11KV HT & 415 LT panels, Transformers.• Commissioned 390 meter long & 30 degree slope Main Charging Conveyor (4 No’s of 6.6KV HT Motors with Brake motors) for Blast Furnace with various Limit Switches using DCS Face Plate.• Built DCS control wiring for 12 No’s Conveyors in Stock House area and commissioned through DCS commands and local controls, Interlocks. 765/400KV Substation, PGCIL, Bilaspur• Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 765kV/400kV Switchyard in Bharari, Bilaspur for Power Grid corporaration of India Limited.• Analyzed transformer manufacturing drawings & precautions including conducting dew point test.• Unloaded transformer from trailer to transformer's Jack Pad without crane.• Involved in shifting & alignment of transformers in the transformer's main foundation including assembly of 32 Nos of Radiators for 1 Transformer, Cooling piping, Pump Piping, Conservator Tank, Bucholz Relay, PRV, OLTC, OTI, WTI and Control Panel.• Coordinated pre-commissioning activities of substation equipments.
