  * Started as a design engineer in AutoCAD, Catia 3D designing and drafting for automotive industrial special purpose machines and production lines, during which I learned about process and market. *Got involved in the Design department and Project planning due to which my responsibilities were increased. I eventually started working with development and R & D.
