I managed the whole process from finding the spaces, supervising the design and work, setting up the operation processes and acquiring the clients. - Managed a team of up to 15 people. My team was composed of a chief operational officer, a chief technical officer, a brand and content manager, a communication assistant, developers and space managers. - In the role of both Product Manager and Product Owner, development of a proprietary software solution fully integrated with our access control hardware. We built a 100% automated coworking management system allowing users to register and use all our services all day and all night without human assistance.
