It is very rare that you come across an individual that has both radical work ethic, and a genuine eagerness to learn that Wilfried possesses. I had the opportunity to work along side Wilfried on two separate occasions during our time at Per Scholas. I am in complete amazement at Wilfried's willingness and fearlessness when it came to tackling new projects or tasks. While still remaining confident and keeping a hardy smile even if things don't work out the way he expected. Traits that are a rarity to find. Wilfried's smile and eagerness would be a great asset to any team!

I had the opportunity to collaborate with Wilfried Ouedraogo during my time in the Logo Design Committee for the Newark 2021 Per Scholas Cohort. Wilfried performed above and beyond, and was a critical half of our design process. He is able to expertly conceptualize creative and innovative ideas and successfully translate it to paper exactly as described. When it came to pitching his ideas to the rest of the cohort, he did so eloquently and expertly, and demonstrated prompt adaptability and flexibility if the team needed to work around the clock. Wilfried was an excellent member of our team. We would not have succeeded without him!
