Report Overdue Containers to Head Office on monthly base.August 2012 - December 2013: Customer Service Import:- Vessel preparation;- Send arrival notice to customers;- Pre-invoicing to customers;- Check Dangerous Cargo containers; make sure that manifest is sent correctly to Dutch Customs;- Deal with Change of Destination requests, check with all relevant parties to see Change of Destination is possible and make sure to charge all the relevant charges.- Credit worthy check, analyse customers payment history, check financial reports and see whether their balance and annual reports meets the requirements to grant them credit allowance.
