I am very delighted to have witnessed Mengdi (Mandy)’s shining moments of organizing annual conference of the Women Empowerment Council in 2022 and leading the first China Family Philanthropy Forum, by bringing together 27 top-level speakers & more than 80 leading philanthropists, and entrepreneurs and representatives from NGO and international organizations from all over the world in 2021. I have been serving as her mentor for the past years, and I enjoy being her mentor. Mentorship is a mutual-growth and mutual-inspiring experience. I am amazed by her inspiration, passion, energy, her heart for vulnerable girls and women, and her capability in developing global procedures and guidance for international convenings, her skillful management of programs, and most of all the demonstration of her extreme calmness and assertiveness in tough circumstances. She is a hidden treasure.

I got to know Mandy when she worked as an intern at Lord Corporation. I was impressed by her curiosity, strong willingness to learn and can-do attitude. I am happy to see she has found her passion later in fighting for equality and advocating for women in workplace. It is a noble course, and I trust she will make a material impact!
