London, England, United Kingdom Diversity is a fact, inclusion is an act - and so much harder to measure. The Inclusion Index allows us to truly measure how we are doing from the eyes of employees, and allows companies to put strategic measures in place to increase the act of inclusion within their organisations. The Inclusion Index allows us to truly measure how we are doing from the eyes of employees, and allows companies to put strategic measures in place to increase the act of inclusion within their organisations. INTERNALLY: • Developed Kantar's Award-Winning Inclusion Index which allowed Kantar to measure how inclusive and diverse they are compared to other companies within the same country, and sector. • A member of the I&D committee for the UK, where we have specific KPI's to track and measure • As required, arranged for and/or conducted onsite training for employees. • Facilitation and moderation of training and development on the subject of Inclusion and Diversity. • Donated my time to work on Pro-bono projects including work to improve Diversity & Inclusion in the Market Research Sector and was the lead in the work conducted for Diva Media Group for Lesbian Visibility Week, where we shone a light on what was needed in society to understand and support women in the LGBTQI community. EXTERNALLY: • Analysis of cultural differences across countries to effectively adapt the quantitative survey that would enable Kantar to outline recommendations to clients on how they can adapt, amend and embed an I&D strategy into their organisation. • Controlled all confidential and proprietary information released to company clients and benchmarking data to ensure it is all GDPR compliant. • Supported marketing and department personnel to create high-quality decks, whitepapers and images to promote the Inclusion Index across social media. • Worked and trained internal country leads to scale up the Inclusion Index so that it can be sold across markets • Have been invited to speak in conferences, panels and webinars with the goal to discuss inclusion and diversity with the objective to attempt to move the dial in society.
