  I manage Daily activity within Change in the Busines Development team for multiple Banks that First Data support. We manage the Change requests and introduce new products with the Client and current Third parties. Daily activities include managing diaries, arranging Hospitality and Video and Telephone conference calls/ meetings workshops and off sites to work through the Clients requirements. I provide estimates/quotes and finalising Invoicing for the development project items and also facilitate any billing queries in relation to the projects. I also facilitate the relationship with the client and the third party agreements with First Data for the customer. The Client I support work closely with retailers and their third parties. In the past I have supported Multi Client forums for Compliance and Regulatory Changes for the Multi clients that First Data support. The current role requires being very flexible working to SLA and agreed timelines producing metrics and statistics to support the progress. Other duties include PA duties, project managing such as Balance Transfers Campaigns. I am fortunate to work as part of a very dynamic Sales team generating sales opportunities tracking through to financials and any on going costs. Show less
