Amanda was a pleasure to work with on the database and system needs of her department at NC State. She regularly took in hand complicated administrative policies and procedures passed down from the Federal Government, the State of North Carolina and the University, translating them not only to system requirements for my development team, but also to effective day-to-day tasks for her internal staff. Her technical skills went beyond the database management, where she excelled, into business process analysis and implementation. She energetically sought education in relevant topics so that she could offer her staff informed insights.
