I’ve worked with Mandar on various global and local projects whilst we were in J. Walter Thompson Malaysia. He is an opinionated, perceptive and passionate creative leader who works collaboratively with the account management, planning, creative teams to ensure creative ideas are unique, insightful, powerful with expressions that push boundaries. When I was tasked to stabilise a critical business (Nestle) and he was THE ONLY creative lead who was there to support my team when others couldn’t care less.
