My topic of research was elucidating the role of hormonal imbalance on the localization of nucleosomes in sperm chromatin of adult male Holtzmann rats. The animal model used was generated using administration of Tamoxifen and Cyperoterone acetate. I worked during this tenure on a project funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) as a post- doctoral research fellow.
