As an R&D intern, I will be involved in various aspects of the research project, including but not limited to: - Assisting in the development of an integrated approach to reconstruct the architecture of CD lesions using scRNA-seq data and Spatial Transcriptomics. - Contributing to the generation of a transcriptome tissue atlas of inflammatory processes in CD patients and normal colon tissues. - Participating in the identification of cellular and molecular differences between anti-TNF responders and non-responders through high-resolution classification systems. - Working with the team to identify putative biomarkers and test them in a large validation cohort. I was serving as the key person in demonstrating of identifying program participants, working with essential stakeholders, and proposing and implementing recommended initiatives during the Alliance's annual general meeting (AGM) and the 12th Global Forum on Health Promotion in November 2022.
