Manca was a true asset to our school in every possible way - as a secretary/international coordinator and as a teacher assistant. She is efficient but well-liked, she has an always positive attitude, also when things do not run smoothly, and she has a well-rounded personality. She is all in all a very good and reliable colleague. She also has helped develop ideas and visions for the school and done her bit afterwards in making them come true. Therefore, I do not hesitate to recommend Manca to anyone!

Passionate is how I would describe Manca. I worked with Manca in her role handling marketing in HR at Cosylab and she brought passion to all that she did. Whether it was handling the different aspects of communication within the company, or promoting the company culture, or organising recruitment and well-being events, her energy and commitment shined. I've worked with Manca one-on-one (on a variety of staff communication matters) and as part of a larger team (organising staff events, improving understanding of company values), and she works well in both settings. I appreciated how well Manca is able to manage priorities and she always ensures that tasks are completed by the deadlines. I felt this was a significant achievement because she often relied on many people for input. She has a rare talent for following up with people and getting what she needs from them. Any organisation would be lucky to have Manca as part of their team.
