I own product and customer data and use it to deliver insights and recommendations for decision-makers at the company. I report directly to the CEO.Responsibilities:1. Audit and optimization of Sales and Customer Support Team processes. Strong focus on communication with customers and conversion metrics (first touch,demo presentations, offer delivery, follow-up, paid conversion, etc.).Achievements:- I developed a quantitative/qualitative assessment tool to provide feedback (onproblem cases & best practices).
