I will be working with coaches and other front of house staff to promote fitness and encourage new members to join TRIB3. In addition to this, my job is to ensure that ‘TRIB3RS’ recieve the best customer service when they attend their session, this can include providing shower towels, setting up heart rate monitors or even preparing their protein shakes. I have to be organised and quick to adapt especially during peak hours. I will be working with coaches and other front of house staff to promote fitness and encourage new members to join TRIB3. It is the Outreach Project with Nottingham Law School Legal alongside the Nottingham Women's Centre. I will be attending a total of 6-sessions, where my partner and I will be interviewing clients to ascertain whether NLS Legal can assist them pro-bono. After the interview, we return to Nottingham Law School to type up the notes, following this, we then start researching the necessary areas of law and drafting our advice to the client. Having worked on all 3 floors; ladies, men and accessories floor in central London had exposed me to a rushed working environment where I had to adapt quickly and effectively, whilst maintaining loss prevention. I had to maintain the floor, where occasionally I would be responsible for the fitting rooms where I had to be diligent, alert as well as organised. Communication between other employees was essential to maximize the efficiency within the fitting room. Working on tills allowed me to interact with a lot of tourists and high profile customers where I was able to intermingle confidently. Show less

Netball Assistant Coach
-
Nov 2018 - May 2019
Worked directly with the head coaches where both girls and boys were taught the fundamentals of netball through creative, play-based sessions that promote personal and social developments. After school I would organize and prep the training sessions where there were 3 identifiable stages of a warm up, main activity and cool down. Every session would be adapted with different themes and games to ensure that the children would always have something to look forward to. Working with children has taught me to think and adapt on the spot further developing my self-discipline and communication between head coaches. Show less

Tennis Coach
-
Feb 2016 - Feb 2016
I had 5 days to teach kids ranging from 4-15 in simple tennis techniques such as forehand and backhand swings and then end with an intense rally. Started from 6:00 to 19:00 with small breaks in between. Sometimes had a double or group session which required more games such as around the world or Queen/King of the court. Due to sessions only being an hour and a half, it was very important to get my time management correct as well as show discipline when needed to ensure they got what they needed to learn was learnt in that session. One thing I enjoyed the most was knowing and witnessing the players have fun and in some cases, see them progress throughout the week. On the other hand, the long hours was hard to manage especially because the tennis courts were outdoors. Show less
