Treated hamstring quadriceps strains of track and analyzed the data of sprinters on Isokinetic dynamometer with respect to hamstring conditioning.   Post the 1st lockdown I ran an injury screening programme with 26 athletes participating in it , considering there preponderance to have calf , hamstring strains and shoulder injuries I designed a proforma for local screening as well as FMS . Post the screening I explained the athletes and their parents of those under 14 age a visual report of the assessment and then gave them an individualised warm up protocol considering their specific risk factors.
