  Intern in the Quality & Compliance Department at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Pvt. Ltd. Completed a research and observation based project. Project Title: "How quality culture plays a vital role in manufacturing products of high-quality attributes." Objective: Importance of GMP in making a quality product and its linkage with regulatory and statutory requirements to build a ‘Q” culture at the shop floor in two phases. Phase - 1: Regulation knowledge – assigning literature on cGMP and applicable regulations. Phase - 2: Learning through shop floor visits, understanding the process flows and QA processes / involvements at every stage of product life cycle, including a 1-day visit to Supply Chain & R&D.
