  As a dietetic intern I had the opportunity to be trained in nutritional assessment and diagnosis of patients suffering from a wide spectrum of diseases. I was further trained in administration of various diets to patients and modify them according to preferences and existing restrictions. The internship has equipped me to apply and teach practical as well theoretical knowledge of dietetics in a patient centered manner to bring the best out ones in disease, health and knowledge.
