Manasa was a dedicated student. I am sure she would put in her best efforts as to any assignment given to her during her career.

Manasa's strengths- 1. common sense 2. Humility 3. Dependability 4. Confident, and knows her capabilities and limits accurately 5. able to handle pressure 6. ready to accept that she doesn't know and very willing to learn what she doesn't 7. She also has a charisma which makes her, almost the centre of her co-workers group. 8. She takes initiatives, and holds on to them despite all the odds. 9. Completes work with quality above what is expected 10. Very dependable I was Manasa's classmate at Manipal, and had the pleasure of observing her work at Thomson Reuters. The person who joined in was a meek, jumpy girl, and when she left, had- a) the highest quality of work (almost 98%-99%) in her team, b) answered most Service Requests with the clarity which made the customers happy, c) had the forethought and initiated training for the new joiners so that they were very independent in their work quite early (usually, this took about 3 months, and in that case, in about 1.5 months, the 2 new joiners were able to support any of the experienced team mates in everything except complex query handling) d) come up with a system where her team mates had a pre-fixed time by when they all finished work and took time out to do something which was fun, and thought them something new and helped develop their confidence and character (charades, singing songs, watching interesting and factual videos, discussing each other's learning's during work) e) took responsibility and covered up pending work for the others in the team, so that the pressure which was there on everyone to finish up work when she joined was gone. In her team especially, her initiative resulted in an change in people's attitude whereby everyone took equal responsibility for everyone's work, and in some cases didn't even have to ask someone to do the pending work. Randomly, someone came forward and just completed the task. f) was part of the cultural activities team, which was very successful. She will be a valuable asset to any organisation she joins, and will bring with her, a lot of positive energy. It would be wrong for me to not mention this too- as long as the environment in her workplace gives her freedom to complete her work in her way, and take initiatives, she'll perform wonderfully. More the restrictions, and more oppressive they are, duller she becomes.
