I had the pleasure of supervising Manasa during her time as the Performance Lead for the 2023 CU Boulder International Festival Committee, for which I served as the primary Staff Advisor. Despite it being Manasa's first semester in her CU Boulder graduate program, she immediately stepped into this leadership position with no hesitation. Serving as the Performance Lead for CU Boulder can be a fairly daunting task. The position requires student leads to coordinate all IFest communication with the performers for the Festival for the entire academic year leading up to the event. Performance groups are a variety of on-campus and Off-Campus professional groups that receive payment for their services. This year, the groups represented over 20 different cultures, providing Manasa the opportunity to grow her intercultural communication skills, and leadership abilities. Manasa executed these responsibilities flawlessly from start to finish and ensured professional but friendly communication with me and my co-staff advisor. Manasa was also tasked with coordinating the 4 hour rehearsal schedule on the day of the event and the 4-hour performance lineup during the event. She communicated with all groups seamlessly while also serving as one of the Emcees for the event. As Emcee, Manasa showcased her public speaking skills and shining, personable personality. It was truly an honor watching Manasa grow her professional skills through this role and I hope to have the privilege of working with Manasa moving forward!

It was such a delight to have Manasa serve on the International Festival Committee this year. Manasa took on leadership positions within the committee, and handled them with grace. She came up with creative ideas and solutions to challenges. She continuously took initiative within her leadership positions and among her peers. She was one of the hosts for the event, and was fantastic at crowd involvement, public speaking, and negotiating schedule changes that appeared on the fly. I appreciated her dedication and commitment to her role within this amazing student organization!

By 2014, I was promoted as ‘Software Engineer’ and I received 2 spot awards- recognition of my contribution. Apart from this I was an active volunteer for the annual fest of my company and performed few flash mobs as part of promotions. My manager, who was quite impressed with my multi-tasking, made me the lead with a team of 4 members. I still continue as the lead for the team, and this year I was given the highest rating among the team members.

Jul 2012 - Aug 2014
I joined here in 2012 as an intern and was a full-time employee after my internship with ‘Associate Software Engineer’ position. Starting my career as an Associate, I was put into ‘Lending’ team which was considered as the most complicated module of Banking. Lending is such kind of module which requires good amount of functionality knowledge apart from technical aspects. It was way tougher when functionality comes into picture since you need to always make sure of proper impact analysis. Team gave me very challenging tasks and through the process of completing them I have improved a lot technically as well as functionally. Show less
