Bill Goodrich
Very proactive and dependable problem solver with well developed people skills to interact effectively at all levels of large organizations and with the public on large infrastructure projects. He was very effective on Second Avenue Subway working closely with the community stakeholders, government, agency, consultants, and contractors, in project planning, design, and construction. His work on managing real estate issues for the project was exemplary as he worked well with our Legal and Real Estate professionals and represented the MTA’s interests well and consistently through final resolution. His pleasant and professional demeanor was a welcome asset to our team, and the community always spoke highly of his responsiveness and professionalism. I would highly recommend him for similar positions of increased responsibility on large infrastructure projects such as Second Avenue Subway.

Manan has extensive experience working on major construction projects in a dense urban environment. He does an excellent job bringing contractors, city agencies, and clients to the table and reaching consensus even when they have competing interests. He takes pride and ownership in his projects, which shows through in the great results (on-time and within budget). I was always happy to go with Manan to the public - he is able to break down complex techniques and problems and explain them to the layman. He is able to calm an angry resident and negotiate with a major land developer. He is a dedicated and hard worker who pays attention to detail and the "big picture." His knowledge and professionalism would be asset to any organization. I would jump at the chance to work with him again and highly recommend him for any construction and planning projects.
